Ward Morrison

President & CEO

As president and CEO, Ward spearheads the strategy and vision for wemlo. Ward continues to pave the way as an innovative leader in the mortgage industry and was named a 2018 Housing Wire Vanguard award recipient and a 2020 RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker.

Ward brings 13+ years of experience in various management and operational roles including CFO of a major real estate brokerage within RE/MAX, LLC, one of the world’s largest real estate franchisors.

Chris Erickson

VP – Business Technology

Chris is responsible for driving brand growth by overseeing the procurement, advancement, and implementation of technology solutions that streamline operations, developing effective go-to-market strategies, and supporting the training department and customer support teams at all levels.

Chris has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, previously serving as a VP of Product Management, a Head of Product, and an Assistant VP & Product Manager.

Kelly Gill

SVP – Marketing & Advertising

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kelly leads the wemlo marketing team and helps push the wemlo brand nationwide through thoughtful and strategic initiatives. Kelly was named a 2022 Elite Women by Mortgage Professional America and an inaugural HousingWire Marketing Leader in 2021.

Kelly has held marketing leadership positions at several other mortgage banking companies as well as gained experience in the home building, telecommunications, and advertising industries.
